Low Back Pain and Sciatica - Chronic low back pain is typically caused by overuse. Effective massage techniques vary, but in general a deep tissue massage is necessary to effectively release core muscles that may be in spasm. Massage alleviates Sciatic pain caused by low back, gluteal and hamstring spasm.

Sinus Headaches - Facial, head and neck massage drains the sinuses and relieves headache pain.

Anxiety and stress relief - Peace is restored during a relaxing session that combines aromatherapy and massage.

Asthma Relief - After a bad asthma attack the upper body feels fatigued and tender. The muscles that aid in respiration can maintain the spasm from the attack. After treatment it's important to get a massage to relax the upper back muscles. Doing so will also help reduce stress related asthma attacks.

Neck and Back Pain - Poor posture and stress are common causes of neck and back pain. Small, specific strokes combined with deep tissue stretching and moist heat break up the repetitive tension and stress. One Session is not always enough to treat repetitive use injuries. Your therapist might schedule your massages a week apart for two weeks and then move your sessions to every three to six weeks.
